About Travel to Africa
Travel to Africa is an independent travel information and referral website. We provide information about African destinations, safari itineraries and travel experiences and may introduce visitors to independent tour operators and other travel service providers.
Travel to Africa does not make or manage bookings, accept payments from travellers, issue travel documents, or enter into travel contracts with travellers. Any booking or travel contract is made directly between the traveller and the relevant independent tour operator or service provider.
Referrals and Commission
Travel to Africa may refer visitors to independent tour operators and other travel service providers. If you choose to contact, request a quotation from, or book with a tour operator following a referral from Travel to Africa, your dealings are directly with that operator.
Travel to Africa may receive a referral fee or commission from a tour operator when a referral results in a confirmed booking. This commission is paid by the tour operator and does not constitute a payment by the traveller to Travel to Africa.
The existence of a referral or commission arrangement does not make Travel to Africa a party to any booking or travel contract between you and the tour operator.
Bookings, Payments and Tour Operator Responsibility
Travel to Africa does not provide quotations, confirm reservations, make or manage bookings, collect or process traveller payments, issue booking confirmations or travel documents, or provide the safari or other travel services displayed on this website.
All enquiries that proceed to a quotation or booking are handled directly by the relevant independent tour operator or travel service provider. The traveller is responsible for reviewing and accepting that provider’s own terms and conditions, including its payment, deposit, cancellation, refund and amendment policies before making a booking.
The tour operator or service provider is solely responsible for the services it agrees to provide, including the accuracy of its quotation, booking administration, accommodation, transport, activities, guides and other services included in the traveller’s booking.
Travel to Africa is not a party to the contract between the traveller and the tour operator or service provider and does not hold or control money paid by the traveller to that provider.
Itineraries, Prices and Availability
The safari itineraries, accommodation, activities, destinations and other travel information displayed on Travel to Africa are provided for general information and inspiration. While we aim to present information accurately, itinerary details may be changed by the relevant tour operator or service provider.
Prices, dates, accommodation and availability shown on Travel to Africa or on linked itinerary pages should not be regarded as a confirmed quotation or booking. Current pricing and availability must be confirmed directly with the relevant tour operator before making any travel arrangements or payments.
Tour operators may amend itineraries, accommodation, activities or other arrangements where necessary due to availability, weather, operational requirements, local conditions or other circumstances. Any final itinerary and services will be those agreed directly between the traveller and the tour operator.
Independent Tour Operators and Thrid-Party Links
Travel to Africa works with and provides links to independent tour operators, itinerary platforms and other third-party websites. These businesses and websites are separate from Travel to Africa and operate under their own terms, policies and business practices.
When you follow a link from Travel to Africa to another website, communicate with a tour operator, request a quotation or proceed with a booking, you are dealing directly with that third party. Travel to Africa does not control the content, availability, pricing, booking systems, privacy practices or services of independent third parties.
The inclusion of an itinerary, operator or external link on this website does not mean that Travel to Africa provides or operates the travel services described. Travellers should review the relevant operator’s terms and conditions, cancellation policy, payment requirements and other important information before confirming a booking.
Travel to Africa aims to refer travellers to suitable travel providers but cannot guarantee the performance, availability or delivery of services supplied by an independent third party.
Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all passport, visa, immigration, health, vaccination and other entry requirements applicable to their journey. Requirements can vary according to nationality, destination, travel history and personal circumstances and may change at short notice.
Travellers are also responsible for obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance, checking official travel advice, and ensuring that they are medically fit for their intended journey and activities.
Travel to Africa may provide general travel information for convenience, but such information should not be treated as immigration, medical, legal or insurance advice. Travellers should verify current requirements with the relevant government authorities, embassies, consulates, health professionals and their chosen tour operator before travelling.
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information to the tour operator and for complying with the operator’s booking conditions and any applicable laws and regulations at their destination.
Limitation and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Travel to Africa is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, cancellations, changes or failures of independent tour operators, accommodation providers, transport providers or other third-party travel service providers.
Travel to Africa is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, additional expense or inconvenience arising from a traveller’s booking or travel arrangements with an independent provider, or from circumstances outside Travel to Africa’s reasonable control.
While reasonable care is taken when providing information on this website, Travel to Africa does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free. Travellers should confirm important information directly with the relevant tour operator or other appropriate authority before relying on it.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
